Our client is a global financial services group with approximately 1000 employees in Australia including retail banking across a number of Australian states. After initial support enhancing the existing safety management system approximately 4 years ago, our role now involves strategic advice around corporate OHS objectives and planning and weekly support fine-tuning and coordinating the administration of the system.

Key focus areas continue to be consultation and communication and hazard identification and prompt corrective action with a robust record management function. Due to the relatively low-risk nature of the operating environment, The Brief Group’s focus has been on “genuine” risk control and supporting employees who contribute to the program’s success whilst maintaining their core functions within the Bank.
