This client is a small to medium sized construction company involved in numerous construction projects throughout Australia. It employs a dedicated OHS Manager whose role is to manage and facilitate OHS compliance at the various sites. The company may have up to 14 sites in operation at any one time.

The Brief Group has been assisting the company with its OHS requirements for approximately 5 years, originally commencing with the Premium Discount Scheme. Recently our consultants have developed and provided a training program for its subcontractors in safe work method statements.

A strategy currently being deployed under the Partner Program involves the development and implementation of an audit program. The audit program is being designed to improve site compliance with legislation and the client’s OHS management system requirements and to increase transparency and visibility of performance for due diligence and benchmarking purposes.

Our role requires one day per fortnight, at one or more of the sites, or at corporate office working on strategy, consultation or higher level system design issues.
